Shipping Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Changes include shipping/billing addresses, shipping & payment methods, applying promo codes, removing or adding an item in your order, etc.

Tracking
When your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID will be emailed to you.

Delivery Times
Order processing takes 1-4 business days upon payment approval, excluding weekends and holidays.

All stated shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer and will require a signature upon delivery.

We will not be liable for any damaged, defected, lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon third party shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

2. *Return Conditions:* The product must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, with all original tags and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are not in their original condition.

3. *Refund:* Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method. The refund will include the full value of the returned item, excluding any original shipping costs or processing fees, unless the product is returned due to a defect or our error.

4. *Refund Timeframe:* The refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. *Return Shipping:* The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is returned due to a defect or our error.

6. *Items Not Eligible for Return:* All sale items are final.

7. *Damage During Shipping:* If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

8. *Policy Changes:* We reserve the right to make changes to this refund policy at any time. All changes will take effect immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
