Shipping & returns
Every order ships free, worldwide. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your piece leaves our hands.
Pieces in stock are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Pieces not in stock are made to order — allow 4–5 weeks to be made and shipped to you.
Unworn pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. As each is handmade, slight natural variations are part of its character — never a defect. To start a return, just email us at sales@marabrazil.com within this period.
Product care
A handcrafted piece only grows more beautiful with care. A few simple habits keep yours at its best for years.
Keep your piece in its dust bag, away from direct sunlight, to protect the natural colour.
Spot clean with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid harsh soaps and chemical cleaners.
Avoid water and damp. If it does get wet, reshape by hand and let it air-dry naturally.
Avoid overloading or heavy pressure so your piece keeps its form over time.
